TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee has been suspended from the Joint Parliamentary Committee meeting on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill 2024 following an incident on October 22, 2024. During a heated argument with BJP MPs, Banerjee allegedly smashed a glass water bottle.
